Dear experts,

I am doing the SOLMAN upgrade from 3.1 to 7.0 EHP1.

DB upgrade is completed.

When i try to start the upgrade master, it through an error as,

* Checking if C++ runtime is installed ...
ERROR: Old C++ library found, please fix according to OSS note 1021236!
ERROR: Need C++ runtime to be installed!

I have checked in the given note, they mentioned we need to update libgcc
and libstdc++ (I386)

Current level of RHEL 4 is update level 3 and the red hat subscription was
expired.

Where can i get those files? or is there any other way?

Its urgent. I was struck in that stage. I need to finish before 24th July.

Kindly help on this.
