Thanks for the quick reply back. I did get a chance to carry out the config chnage.
This is taken from the PO > STO> Define shipping data for Plants from the isuing (supplying) plant.

While the customer number in the shipping tab is taken from the Receiving plant.

Do let me know if I am not on the right track
