Hi Ravi,
Thanks for your response. The problem was with the SAPSTARTSRV.EXE file. I have fixed the issues as described in sap note 1043592 - MSCS Cluster Resource Monitor Crashes.Now the cluster note back to online and sap is working fine,.
Replaced the SAPSTARTSRV.EXE FILE as seppcified in note 1043592. But we did not find the reason why the sapstartsvr file got corrupted. I have google and found the weblink http://www.sap2048.com/action-plan-detecting-cause-of-sapstartsrvexe-corruptions-54.htm. In the above link mentioned like rarely in normal opertaions there might be some chances to corrupt the sapstartsrv file.
