Hi,
We are facing a similar problem. In the SDCCN data collection log we have error for function module SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_SUMMARY_I_W - "NO_DATA_FOUND".
We have applied the note 1443908, and re-ran the EWA Alert job in SDCCN. The error is still found in the logs.
The satellite system in concern is a R3 Enterprise system, hence the note '917558 - EarlyWatch Alert does not contain ST03 statistics as of 7.0' is not applicable to us. I have not been able to find any other note which would fix the issue or provide any clue.
A few additional checks performed at System level-
1. Checked the weekly statistics data in ST03, its available in ST03 but not visible in EWA Alert (the weekly workload statistics table is empty in EWA).
2. Checked that the host name in ST03 is matching with hostname maintained in Task Specific setting in SDCCN.
Any help or hint will be appreciated. We have been trying to get our EWA report to look clean and this is the only pending issue which needs to be fixed.
