You are 100% sure your saprouter is running? What os?

Hi All,
I am facing the problem with RFC. Before 2 to 3 days, the saprouter had been crashed, but now its working properly, now i am facing all RFC like SAPOSS, SAP-OSS,......etc. One background job SM:SYNC SAP SESSIONS failed in Solution Manager. Below same error message is getting in all Servers like solution manager,production & Development..

Error when opening an RFC connection
Error:timeout occoured
