dear all,

I manage to solve my own problem after further research in google

this is what I did

saposcol must be installed in both nodes in local disk

ccms agent is installed only for db instance (in my case installed in
sapdb and I install it in drive S), so when the sapdb is failed over to
other node this service will follow
windows service for this agent must be installed in both nodes (must be
set to manual)
create cluster service for this windows service (for fail over purpose)
register the agent to sapapp

check in OS07, AL15 and SM59 for the RFC connection that was created
automatically after register the agent to sapapp

if you want to keep history of the server you must set the setting in AL15
