Hello,

BDC is not the correct way to do that. Please do try to read the SAP library
materials in order to provide correct and stable solutions to your clients.

The procedure is as under

1. Create a user defined Planner Profile
2. Create planning layouts for the cost centers
3. Link the planning layouts with the planner profiles
4. Create generic file
5. Create file description
6. Upload to excel using the same transaction KP26
