Hi,
If I understand correctly then you have postings in previous periods which
have not been settled. You may follow one of the following approaches
*Approach 1*
In that case you can open the previous period with transaction MMPI. But be
very careful with the transaction. Moreover, if you have material ledger
activated then you are not advised to do that. Secondly you should also look
for a SAP note for executing MMPI because it requires a special
authorisation in you user ID.
*Approach 2*
Go to Transaction FB50 and post the FI entry that would otherwise have been
generated by the system upon settlement and in the material column mention
the material number. However, if you have material ledger activated then I
would advise you to build up this difference on the current stock using MR22
(ie. increase the overall value of inventory with a resultant increase in
price)
