[sap-security] 'Not Locked / Invalid' SAP Account Locked Status

Hello All,
In going through a review of user accounts with access to a particular sensitive transaction, I noted the following:
Account type: User
Account group: OSS
Locked status: Not Locked / Invalid
Account type: Service
Account type: OSS
Locked status: Not Locked / Invalid
If anyone has any insight as to what the "Not Locked / Invalid" status means, and whether this a secure setting for an account (whether users would be able to access this account), I would greatly appreciated it.
