[sap-acct] Business place and section code to be mandatory

hi
i have made validation
transaction =fb60,check business place <> "or section code <>"
in error message "enter business place and section code"
But though business place and section code is entered it is asking
Item 002 has to be corrected and not allowing to save the entry
kindly suggest a solution
