First of all I suggest next person to open a new thread as this is already long.
To finalize answering your question: Do F1 over the field in SPRO to get the full answer, In a nutshell this is the Procedure
Set this block if you want several users to be able to process the (ATP) material simultaneously in different transactions without blocking each other.
