Hi
When terminating an employee, the system brings up infotypes to be delimited. You can select as you want. Of course, you can skip this screen and do the delimiting in PA30. In any case, the user's procedure should say that, for termiation, which infotype/s should be delimited and to what date.
Any way, it is not required to delimit IT 7, 8, 14, etc. When you run payroll for a terminated employee, it would look at the empl status in IT 0 = inactive; then should automatically create zero earnings and deductions. That is our usual experience.
