Ged, I understand the idea behind capturing the time spent by trade union representatives. Under the given scenario, it is better to go with Attendace IT than Absence IT. I also feel that there may not have any impact on Salary / Wages part for those employees but the activity timings require to be recorded. Time Quota too can be assigned to them. There will be some difficult to identify them as they fall in various ESG and PSA Grpng , thus Quota to be assigned specific employees only,i feel Quota gen may not work for this scenario.
