RE:[sap-basis] error in shadow import phase in ecc 6.00 upgrade

I hv follow instruction that you stated above but the extraction part for PREP_IMPORT/RUN_GENPUTTBSHD taking me more than 8 hours now..I check RSPTBINI.log and it showed below:

i dont think there are lot more information inside it. Is there any way that i can check the log or solve this solution?
Btw, i check RS_GENERATE_PUTTB_SHD in SM37 and state that the Status is Active and Duration(sec.) is 67.033..i think the process still running but why it take so long..Currently i try to upgrade to EHP4 in MaxDB with windows server 2008. i dont want to stop the installation first but is it worth for me to wait for it?
.Any idea guys?
