Hi Saurabh

1- I didn't get your first comment line. How can i define the group currency to be EUR for all the legal entities and at the same time use the group currency as MAD for this particular legal entity? can we define 2 group currencies in the system? or you meant to say to define MAD as the hard currency for Morocco and use it as 2nd local cur for this MAD entity ?

2- also i am thinking in this solution, i don't know if i can do it. can you advise?: I define the local currency for all the company codes as USD cur type 10 and i keep the cur type 30 group currency as USD as well. then i define the hard currency as second local currency type 40 according to each country, i.e. MAD as hard cur for the Morrocan entity and EUR as hard cur for the rest of the entities.
But is there any functional requirements for the reporting using the hard currency and do i need to do additional customizing in the system for the hard currency other than doing it in transaction OY01 for each country?

Regards,

From a business point of view the company requires to setup the local currency for all the cocds to be USD and a parallel currency as group currency (as per SCC4) for example EUR. but only for one of these legal entities should have the parallel currency not EUR but for example MAD. how can i do it if i don't want to use the hard currency type 40 and the index-based currency type 50?
