Subject: Manually entered exchange rate

> Previously when using MIRO we could manually enter and exchange rate which both the Base and VAT amounts would use.(If no manual enter it used M rate) However we recently configured plants abroad to allow the VAT amount to be calculated all the time at a different rate to the M rate loaded in OB08. This works fine but we still have times where we want to manually enter the exchange rate and have the base amount and VAT amount worked out on the manually entered rate. However the VAT ignore the manually entered amount(base amount ises the manually entered rate) and continues to use the new rate type in OB08. Can this setting be changed via config?
