Thanks Allan, actually i checked the settings , budget profile was OK, detai lof order type, OKOB, KOAB ... although OK. Then i tested in the Quality system from a Purchase order in ME21, to add a good increase to the internal order and then i do get the error message. So As in Production, it seems that the message dooes not work and as the error message is set at 105% , because the test in production had an amount insufficuent to trigger the error message . i changed it to 100,2 % in the img and transported the change request to quality and Production. In quality , still working with a little amount : error message is triggered; but in production, in ME21 with an amount that is bigger than the 0,2 % i still don't have the error message triggered. Yet the custo is the same for the toleranace limits. KO30 in prod : availabilty check active . So i am going to recheck and compare everything beetwenn quality and Prod system . i also need to remove the purchase orde created
in Prod. I guess there is a tool to compare customizing tables across the landscape.
