sap does not allows overlap of validity periods.
Please chnage validaity period.

ya thank u it has been resolved. now i am getting one more error
I am maintaining t code vk11 in pricing procedure after defining when I am saving it gets deleted and it shows below error message like that.
"The validity period of the condition created overlaps with conditions shorter validity periods these conditions will be deleted when u save"
