Go through the definition of every level of the organizational structure. You've already done Plant, I gave you Shipping Point, someone else gave you Sales Org. As you check each type of entity, you will learn whether or not factory calendar is relevant.

Have you assigned the factory calendar to other organizational levels as well - like Shipping Point?

We have maintained a new factory calendar. As well, it is already assigned to our plant. but my question is that why this calendar displayed in some transactions correctly but in some transactions, previous calender is seen as before ,for example in MRP transaction (Md11, Md12, ... ) and logistic transactions (MB1A, MIGO , ...) new factory calendar exists and in ca22 , Md61, Va01 , ... previous calendar.
