Hi Marco,
You have missed the point. The problem is with the SPAM/SAINT update not a specific support package.

Ask for a side effect report from sap on the specific support package which is giving you issues and i will give you some insight of the issue and perhaps a note to fix it

Hi there, please look forwward and share the logs from usr/sap/trans/log,
also couple of questions to narrow down issue.
Insallation is finished?
is this post installation issue?
error code you are getting?
SAP Market place should have information related to your error, some times
its kind of hard to find solution but in my experience most of the times
there is an SAP Note which can solve your problem ;) even in the worst
escenarios.
