Hi Mridulg,
You need to set the parameters as per SAP Note 88416. Make sure you remove the unnecessary parameters like ztta/roll_extension etc as listed in the note.
Again, what is the size of the RAM and Page File?

Yeah, I am managing SAP, OS and DB myself. Well the system got up as I
changed few parameters like em/address_space_MB=512 (initially 1024) and
abap/buffersize=155000 (175000 initially) and below is the details of the
latest parameters of instance profile:
