Hi,

If you want the ALV functionality you have to run the program/Report in Dialog. You can then send the output to a defined printer.

SU3 settings: Output Device - Printer Name, Output immediately checked
ALV used in the program :cl_salv_hierseq_table=>factory() - ALV factory method
Execute the program in background mode, In background parameters->properties->Time of print(double click)->change to Send to spooler Only for now and say yes, still the Output is getting printed.
I did found out the workaround parameters->properties->Time of print(double click)->change to Send to spooler Only for now then go to specification button and click copy settings, but user dont want to do this everytime. Is there any SAPnote related to ALV which will solve this issue or this is how SAP works ?
