Hi , please make your management understand that the concept is wrong (always the same amount irrespective of the quotation quanityt and value) . As far as my knowledge goes , SAP won't allow to bifurcate the same mat o/h into two parts as the config in cost component structure is done either for Fixed or for Variable . However you can configure two mat o/h viz. fixed mat o/h and variable mat o/h ; then only you can see two type of material related o/h cost in product costing .
