[sap-log-mm] how to transfer call to subcontractor in ln fp5?

Actually my scenario is that i hav a scenario where we register complaint from customer and to resolve it we trfer to subcontractor
But when I am transfring to Subcontractor.here there is one option is there in the session tsclm1100m000
go to specific and u will find "tranfer to subcontractor" but this feild is coming disabled
Pls any body has solution on this pls share
