Hello Gurus and Experts,

I am having one issue in International Payroll.

Scenario is Client wants to pay an Leave Salary for future Period through
Off Cycle, and wants to block the employee payroll to avoid extra salary.

Example - Employee is having 30 days leave due for 1st May to 30th May 2010-
Client wants to pay an "Leave Salary" for 30 days in advance means in month
of April (15th April 2010) through Off cyele. and at the same time wants to
block employee payroll from 1st May because client doesn't know when
employee will be back.

Now to handle this situation our consultants has advised following 2
options.

1) When an employee apply for 30 days leaves run off cycle payroll on 15th
April for 30 days (1st May to 30th May) selecting reason "Leave Salary" and
block the person for Payroll (Infotype 0003) at the same time pass a
deduction of that "Leave salary" to avoid retoactive Payroll run.

2) Treat Leaves and Payments are seperate - It means there won't be any
lintegration of Leaves and Payements. Person has applied for 30 days leaves.
Pay "Leave Salary" through Additonal Payment (0015) however system doesn't
compute the 30 days pay automatically so calculate manually and put the
amount.

As per above solutions we are not happy, I havn't worked on Inteernational
Payroll earlier thus I require your valuable help.

Thanks & Regards,
Hrishikesh--
