[sap-dev] header condition of PO didn't fille up in KONV

hi,
I used BAPI BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create PO, found the header condition can't be created correctly.
The PO has been created, and can see the header condition in the PO screen, and the condition base value is there, but no vaule in field condition base value (KONV-KAWRT) and condition value (konv-KEWRT)in table KONV, which should be valued.
It's very stange for it's 0, but it assign the correct quantity to all the item condition. any one help? thanks a lot , it's urgent!
