[sap-basis] Problem with one single BI-Portal User (Report is displayed wrong)

Hi everybody,
our BI-System is based on NW 7.0 EHP1, SP6.
due to some changes in the requirements one Report was changed. The old way was that just 10 lines per Page were displayed and the next page was reached by clicking on buttons (up, down, left, right...).
The new requirement by our CO-Department was, to display everything at once which is working perfectly for all users except one.
When this user is logging on to the Portal and going to the needed Report still is displayed in the old form.
My guess is that there is something "wrong" with the User profile of this particular user.
Funny is also - I made a exact copy of this user with the same authorisations and the report is displayed correctly.
I have deleted the affected User and created it new - still the incorrect outcome.
My question is now - is there a way to clear the User-Profile on the Portal side and if yes - then how?
