HI,
It's been reported from our users that they're experiencing problems when sending multiple prints using the printer LOCAL. Basically, when sending a print job they receive more copies than they require. E.g. selecting 2 copies produces 4 printouts, selecting 3 copies produces 9 copies, 4 gives 16 printouts etc. Thus, the number of printouts received = copies requested * copies requested!
when we generate a spool request we see one additional page is printing with some technical information like Data statistics and No of records along with original printout page. Users are reporting that this has only started to happen since the support patches upgradation.
SAP Version : ECC6 , SQl 2005, Windows 2003 server,64 -bit
Output Device : LOCAL
Device Type : SWIN : Windows printing via SAPLPD
Device class: Standard printer
Access Method : G: Front End printing with Control tech
Host Printer : _Deafult
Out put Attributes:
Process req sequentially
Copy Counter : Pass Copy Counter to Host Spool System
Any ideas what might be causing this and how we could resolve the problem?
Thanks & Regards,
Vinod
