[sap-acct] Closing cockpit errors

Hi folks,
Some end users in my company cannot run the standard transaction CLOCO to call the cockpit, it dumps when these end users run the transaction, others though, are able to run it succesfully. Does this problem have anything to do with support packs? We are on ECC.
