[sap-acct] Assigning bill documents to PA segment and internal order?

Hi experts,
I have a question now.
I'd like to assign internal order and PA segment to a sales order, but when I entered internal order, the PA segment disappeared automaticlly. Then when I make invoice(use VF01), there isn't any PA document.
But if I make a sales order with only PA segment, there will be PA document.
How can I assign PA segment and internal order to a sales invoice(or sales order)?
