Hello,
I would suggest you look through the idoc segments to see if you find the '1234'
value in any one of the fields that is populated in the idoc you think generated the customer record. Then, if you do not find the value in that idoc, the next step would be to prove that the idoc processing logic include a step to clear the buffer before picking up the next idoc for posting. This way, all the data field are clearing out (reset) after one idoc is processed. Otherwise, the next idoc may process with erroneous data that does not even belong to that idoc record. We learned this through experience.
