OBBH to create a substitution. Set your pre-requisite, then set the substitution as an "assignment" by code buried in an exit. You will have to work with ABAPer to generate a form within ZRGGBS000 (copy of standard). This form (e.g. A123) should be what you populate in your exit field. Please revert if you need more.
