Manj,
First, hopefully you are doing this in a testing or training system since wage type M020 is an SAP primary wage type which is not meant to be used directly by customers. With that said, here's how you breakdown the error message you received:
IndVal of wage type M020: No entry in table T510 for key '4303043NZ01' on 28.04.2010".
The table is T510 which is the pay scale table, not T510J wage type dependent constants.
If you go to the V_T510 in SM30 or table T510 in SE16 you can break apart the key.

NZ01 Pay scale group and level
If you check the wage type attributes for wage type M020 on T511, you'll find it is linked to evaluation module TARIF which directs it to find the value of the wage type on T510. This is why the system tried to read T510.
So this error is telling you that the system did not find an entry on T510 that includes the series of keys as listed above. You need to determine if you are choosing an incorrect wage type, if you have assigned an incorrect pay scale type and/or area, or if the expected entry is simply missing.
