Hello,
it depends on what the generation rules for the quotas are. If they must be granted up front at the start of the period (e.g. a year) then the RPTQTA00 method works perfectly. Once granted, they will not be re-evaluated or calculated, so if the employee's data changes so that a different quota number is required, you have to change manually.
If you need to grant the quotas pro-rata over the year (monthly accruals) then you must go the time evaluation route. Schema TQTA with employee time status of 7 would be your preferred method.
