So, since the response that you are refering to is 2 years old and malcampbell's last post of any kind was 10/12/2008, posting here is very likely to be a waste of time.
I'd try a connect to him.
Failing that, I'd open a new message on a like topic and reference the original. Posting to this one is a loosing proposition.
