Sadiq,
Have you gone into DB02 and worked with Detailed analysis? Just because you're at 97% and ccms "flags" may not be that big a deal. Determine how fast the growth is on daily/weekly/monthly intervals. 97% without context is not meaningful. 97% of a 1G file is much less than 97% of a 100G file. I have a tablespace running 98 - 99% all the time but, I still have ~ 7 to 8G free space that will last me a while so it isn't a concern to me. Also, new extents are added in contiguous chunks so that's another consideration
