Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

My company combines the sales target of multiple sold-to-parties for the
rebate volume / condition % determination. So I initially thought of just
using one of the customer group fields 1 C 5. Though when reviewing the
configuration I noticed the customer hierarchy and chose this method
instead.

My issue was that I had created the customer hierarchy incorrectly and
unfortunately I felt it may have been a partner determination issue. So once
again thanks for your reply.

I guess an issue is that if we change the hierarchy, say for example move a
customer from group 1 to group 2, then VBOF will not consider the change
from 01.01.2010 as the customer group 2 value does not exist in any of the
previous billing documents . As you know in my example we combine the
sold-to-parties into one group for determining they have met their sales
target as one group!!! I guess my client is a little to dynamic.

Kind Regards and Thanks

Waza

Hi waza

Rebate is bascially given on billing based on the amount of business
generated over a peroid of time propoatinately and this is givne on fixed
amount; or % . The reason why it is given on customer hireharcy is becuse
here we give rebate on brand for all the matriels held by the customer and
this is given on the ficed amount and moreover it is givnefor the cutomer
group and will be on bill to party or payer on the otla sales generated
