In Actions infotype it indicates. You go to Actions infotype and click onoverview icon. You can see all actions performed. Using PFCG , you can define seperate authorization , and read write change authorizations can be given to only manager or self and others cannot change it

Hi Gurus,
I want to know how the system identifies that a personal number(employee) has been terminated or a separation action has been carried out? I have seen that the personal number can be locked. But isnt it possible for anyone to change this when the authorization is available for Pa30 transaction. Can anyone of you please help me know the process which happens in real time.
