Jazz,
There is a way to call the selection screen directly from a screen dialog.
Please, run abap help and read the help for Call Selection-Screen

Horacio
PS: there isn't a simple way to replicate that functionality. IMO, your best bet (easiest at least) is using "call selection-screen".

Hi all,

I'm a bit new in Dialog programming so I hope someone can help me on this problem. Can anyone show me how to create a select-option type of input field in the screen painter. In the screen painter, only the Input/Output Field is available and this creates only a single parameter field. But what I need is an input field with range (from - to).

In classic abap I can do this thru SELECT-OPTIONS s_matnr FOR mara-matnr. But, I don't know how to do it using the screen painter (if it is even possible).

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jazz
