Hi,
Is your question "Can I transport between systems assigned to different
installation numbers"?
Or is your question about the handling of SolMan keys?
It's a bit unclear to me.
There should be no issues in transporting between your systems. The
installation number is not important in regards of transporting.

Dear SAP Guru,
I have installed my SAP Development system with a solman key with different
installation number. Now I have installed my SAP Quality and Production with
solman keys with actual installation number.
My question is, can I transport from Devlopment to Quality to Production.
How SAP maintain this solman key.
