SIR/MADAM
From t-code ME2n u can get the Open PO.
Step: In Me2n seleteced the following Parameters
1. (Selection parameters) : - WE101 (Open Goods Receipt)
2. (Scope of list) : ALV format.
You will get the OPen Purchase orders.
From T-code ME5A for open PR
Step : in ME5A selected the following Parameters
1. assigned purchase requisitions
2.partially ordered" requisitions
3.Released requisitions
4.Requisns for overall Release
5.Requisns.fitem-wise release.
You will get the OPen PR.

I would suggest using Selection Parameters in the IMG under Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Reporting -> Maintain Purchasing Lists -> Selection Parameters. You can specify what you want (or don't want) there, and they work for all purchasing reports that allow a selection parameter (usually under "Scope of List"). - Lou
