Shiyam,
We are running firefighter V4. Try adding these authorizations to the FIREFIGHTER account itself, not the end user account:
S_RFC
Activity 16
Name of RFC to be protected SYST
Type of RFC object to be prote FUGR
S_TABU_DIS
Activity 03
Authorization Group ZV&X, ZV&Y
S_PROGRAM
User action ABAP/4 program BTCSUBMIT, SUBMIT
Authorization group ABAP/4 pro ZVFAT
ZVRA
Activity 03, DL
Activity 03, DL
