Hi Tony,
Even though it is feasible to configure through OMET transaction with further assignment to end users with parameter ID EFB to prevent end users from changing PO net price when the new PO is created with reference to info record document, since in practice not all POs are created with reference to info record, this solution (or other solution where the PO net price field is set as display status) does not work. Therefore, the only solution as far as I am concerned is to activate either user exit or BAdI.
