Hi,
First of all, it is of the standard functionality of SAP that any change in the material master does not automatically results in any update in the purchase order. Secondly, if change can't be made after full release, then it is very much likely that it was due to the assignment of ''1'' to the final release indicator of the PO release strategy in configuration which does not allow any change in the PO after full release.
