> Generally mostly used process of paying bonus to employees is thru off-cycle payroll run, however you can pay it thru regular payroll run as well, same is applicable for Ex-gratia as well.
> For off-cycle run you have to configure your wage types in IT0267. These wagetypes are created from std wagetype B101/201 for bonus and B201 for Ex-gratia. You will find them in path: IMG->PM->PA->Payroll Data->Additional Payments:
> Off-cycle->Create Wagetype Catalog. Once wagetypes are created, make them permisible to IT0267 and setup off-cycle reasons under Payroll-> Payroll:India->Off-cycle activities-> Setup off-cycle reasons. Mention these reasons in payroll driver in IT0267 and PC00_M40_Calc as well.
> For regular payroll run you can use IT15 followed by the other normal payroll processes.
