Hi Joao,
Check list of available / created users in system by following command -
List users:
# cat /etc/passwd
If any SAPuser exists in this list....then delete them and try to create manually.
I also suggest if no users exists then create manually, follow the instruction guide to create users manually. Then restart the SAPinst again.
