Puneet,
We have two primary methods for tracing the authorization related issues.
1. ST01
2. RSSM
when to user ST01 is system trace that is used for SAP-Provided objects.
2. RSSM : is for custom reporting objects (usually starts with Z....)
RSSM->under extras ->select Authorization log ->specify user id ( user who
has authorization problems) ->Trace on -> from this point user trace will
start as they execute queries
-> click on Display(generation log)
In trace results if you see : X its unsuccessful authorization check
Whil running the trace sit with BW developer, so that he can exectute the
query, once the trace button is ON.
Note : In BI version its different
