Are you sure you are not looking at MD06? If not, then make sure you
"refresh" MD04 after you have created the PO.

I just had the same problem. It turned out that PR was released for 4500kg, and then when converted to PO, the PO was changed to 2000kg. Thus when we refreshed MD04, the PR remained along with the PO, but the PR was for the remaining value that was released.
