In other words, you are concerned about how the RFC connection will work? BAPI's are ABAP code, so they can never exist anywhere but on a SAP system. They however can be called from outside the SAP system (this is your RFC connection. They are then executed inside the SAP system and then (potentially) return information to the caller.

Hello all

Thanks for the reply. I am actually calling the BAPI in a non sap system. Although the bapi is solving the purpose but i just want to make sure that the standard BAPI would work fine in non sap system.
