Absolutely. As long as you can get to the job definition, and even though
it is suspended you should be able to select that one job and release it.
Alternatively, you can always copy the suspended job and release the copy.
The benefit from btctrns2 is that the time, frequency and calendar of the
original job is kept intact, whereby you need to specify these when copying
the job or releasing it outside of btctrns2.

You need to run program BTCTRNS2 with Tx SE38 to unspend the jobs.
